Coffee has always been a practice of intention for us.

from the first time we tasted a cup that felt unlike anything we'd ever had before, to the first time we roasted and served our own, coffee has been woven into our daily lives.

Through hours of trial and error, successes and missteps, we found joy in the process. One that asks for patience, humility, and care.

In carpentry, a bevel is a small, angled edge added to a piece of wood. It isn't structural, but it changes everything. It brings intention to form, giving new life to something otherwise ordinary.

We approach every batch with that same intention and care, meticulous, responsible, and unwavering in our commitment to quality.

Bevel Coffee is a mobile espresso bar and roaster based in Altadena, California. While we don't have a brick-and-mortar space yet, we're working toward it. For now, we show up where community already exists, at farmers markets, inside local businesses, and at private events. We bring coffee into spaces meant for connection.
