Aponte Honey was first brought in by Bevel in 2023 to fill some gaps in our menu. Upon roasting and getting it on bar, we quickly realized that this coffee at more going for that we expected. A beautifully bright orange acidity rounded out by milk chocolate sweetness made this coffee an incredible pick for cold brew, espresso, and filter coffee alike. It’s the kind of flavor that reminds you of Terry’s Chocolate Orange. We’re stoked to be bringing this coffee back for it’s 3rd year with our shop and excited for many more.
