Part of rotating swiss-water decaf program with our friends at Hacea Coffee where we switch out our decafs quarterly.This Red Bourbon hails from Nyamasheke region in Rwanda. Grown between 1700-2100 MASL and processed as natural at the Muhororo Washing Station before being sent to Swiss Water for decaffeination. With big bright black cherry notes and honey-like sweetness. This coffee does wonders on filter or in a cap proving that decaf absolutely has a place in specialty coffee.
