Every so often our buddy Chris from Ally Coffee will drop us a line and say “you gotta try this!” Bevel, from early on, had always been inspired by the Pink Bourbons that come from Colombia. So, when Chris sent us that very message, and we tasted La Esperanza PB, we were hooked. Our first Pink Bourbon offering, and it fully exceeded all expectations. Tropical and tea-like with green apple acidity and dried mango sweetness. Absolute shredder. Produced by Edwar Giraldo in Tolima, Colombia at a staggering 2000 MASL, this PB went through washed process that really makes this coffee sparkle.
